Sustainability, ESG & Compliance
Sustainability is not an add-on – it is embedded into how we operate, how we source and how we support our customers’ ESG commitments.
We are active members of Sedex, providing assurance that our supply chain is socially and environmentally responsible. Our network includes manufacturers, waste collectors, recycling plants and research organisations, helping customers make informed, compliant decisions.
We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions by at least 70% by 2030, working in partnership with Planet Mark to measure, manage and reduce our environmental impact. Initiatives include:
- On-site solar panels generating approximately 50% of our energy.
- Vehicle telematics to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
- Electric vehicle trials and paperless delivery systems.
- Carbon offset contributions supporting projects in Africa.
Our ESG strategy extends beyond the environment. We support local schools, children’s charities and community initiatives, while ongoing investment in systems, people and technology ensures we continue to operate responsibly, transparently and compliantly.
In collaboration with major customers, we actively collect and recycle packaging waste, including cardboard baling schemes that support closed-loop recycling. We also donate redundant stock to local organisations, extending product life and reducing landfill.
